Vendor Application
Our deadline has passed for the 2026 market season and we are currently full. You’re welcome to submit a LATE APPLICANT APPLICATION. If an opening becomes available, and you are a fit, we’ll contact you.
We have no full-season spots available for new craft vendors in 2026. However, new art, craft, and cosmetic vendors are encouraged to apply for the Nov/Dec Craft Market (application window opens in June)
Categories
1. Certified Produce & Flowers
Includes vegetables, fruits, nuts, honey, eggs, nursery stock, cut flowers grown or produced by the vendor.
2. Packaged Food
Includes preserves, oils, dairy, and meat raised or made by the vendor.
3. Prepared Food (On-Site)
Food prepared at the market booth. Requires county health permit and product liability insurance.
4. Handmade Craft
Arts & crafts made by the vendor.

Selection Criteria
- Seniority
- Overall balance of products at market
- Locally grown or made products
- Compliance with all market rules, Dept. of Agriculture, safety, insurance, and state/county regulations
- Seasonal availability of produce
- Frequency of attendance
Fees
Non-refundable Application fee: $30. $45 after March 15
Applying to both markets? One application fee covers both — but submit a separate form for each market.

Current driver's license, or employee's license if they drive into market
Current proof of insurance for all vehicles entering the market
City of Healdsburg Business License
Certified Producer Certificate (CPC)
Organic sellers: Organic Registration with the State. If gross sales > $5,000, also Organic Certification (CCOF or equivalent). Must be posted at stall every market day.
Nurseries: Nursery License or Fee-Exempt Nursery License from CA Dept of Food and Agriculture (CDFA).
Nurseries & Cut Flowers: CDTFA Seller's Permit
Eggs: Egg Handler's Permit with Handler's Code assigned by the state
Sonoma Co. Dept. of Health Services Temporary Food Facility Permit (TFF), or a letter with that department's determination — OR, for CPC holders with preserves/olive oil made by a facility, the State Registration from that facility
Product Liability Insurance — minimum $1,000,000; Declarations Page only, naming HCFM as additional insured
Sonoma County Dept. of Health Services Temporary Food Facility Permit (TFF) or a Food Facility Operating Permit. Permits must be on-hand at the point of sale.
