Nov / Dec Market Application

The Nov/Dec Craft Market runs on Saturdays in November and December. Applications for the 2026 season will be available on this page in June.

Dates & Details

  • Location: Foley Family Community Pavilion, 3 North Street, Healdsburg
  • Dates: Saturdays — November 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and December 6, 13 & 20
  • Hours: 8:30 am – 12:00 pm, rain or shine
  • Booth size: 10×10
  • Application fee: $30 ($45 after September 15)
  • Weekly booth fee: $37

You may apply for any or all dates. Date changes are accepted up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Late cancellations are charged $30.

Eligibility

  • All work must be made by the applying artist. No commercially produced goods or imports are accepted.
  • You may designate a representative to sell at your booth, but the work must be yours.
  • The Market Manager reserves the right to decline applications if the work doesn’t meet our quality standards or if we already have sufficient representation in your craft category.
  • Vendors may only sell the work they applied with. Selling other goods may result in removal from the market.

On Market Day

  • All vehicles must arrive by 8:10 am. Anyone not at their stall 20 minutes before opening will not be able to drive in — you’re welcome to unload and park elsewhere in the lot.
  • Vehicles may not be moved within the market until the market has closed and it is safe to do so.
  • Stalls must be kept clean, sanitary, and safe throughout the market day.
  • Vendors are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children.
  • Dogs are not permitted at the market.
  • Everyone — sellers, shoppers, and staff — is expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and honesty. Unreasonable behavior is grounds for suspension.

Application Requirements

  • Completed application form, including the dates you’d like to attend
  • 3 photos of your work, or a link to your website or Etsy page (new vendors only)
  • $30 non-refundable application fee by check, money order, or Square ($45 after September 15)
  • CDTFA Seller’s Permit
  • Current driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance and registration (or those of the person selling at your booth)
