Non-profit Application

We welcome non-profit organizations connected to agriculture, education, the arts, or the Healdsburg community. Space is limited, so participation is granted at the discretion of the Market Manager and Board of Directors.

Dates available for non-profit displays:
Saturdays April 22 – Oct 24

Eligibility & Participation

  • Non-profits must be related to agriculture, education, the arts, or the Healdsburg community. Any additional participation is allowed at the discretion of the Market Manager and Board of Directors.
  • There is no fee for non-profit booths.
  • No merchandise shall be sold by non-profits without prior approval of the Market Manager.
  • Non-profits will be admitted, as space is available. With a few exceptions, the general rule for non -profits is maximum 3 dates per season.
  • Insurance is the responsibility of the organization. Market insurance does not cover non-profit vendors.

On Market Day

  • Your booth may only represent the organization that applied and was approved.
  • Because non-profit setups are typically compact, we ask that you defer to farmers and musicians during load-in so they can get vehicles to their spaces. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • All vehicles must be unloaded and moved to parking by 8:00 am. If that’s not possible, materials should be walked in.
  • Soliciting donations requires prior approval from the Market Manager.
  • Please keep your presence calm and contained to your assigned space — shouting, music, and amplified outreach are not permitted.
  • Non-profits are subject to the same Rules and Regulations as all market participants. Please read them before submitting your application.

Spreading the Word

We’d love your help getting the word out! When you attend the market, it helps us both.

  • Please send an email to your membership at least two weeks before your market date, with a cc to the Market Manager.
  • If you’re attending more than 4 consecutive dates, we ask that you send reminders for each.
  • Mentions in your newsletter, Facebook page, or other channels are always appreciated.
